Welcome to the 7th Installation
of #APS 2023.
The Alternative Protein & Food Tech Show (APS) is back for its 7th installation, this time in Singapore, from 10 to 11 May 2023.
APS has become the hot spot to unite food-tech pioneers, thought leaders, investors, innovators, scientists, food technologists, farmers, and consumer brand leaders under one roof, designed to demystify the potential of alternative proteins in building a sustainable future of food for generations to come.
We thank all participants - startups, exhibitors, academia, industry reps, policy makers, government officials, delegates, for joining us in the exploration of the potential of cell-based and plant-based proteins, to transform the global food systems.
FOOD IS LIFE.
That's the theme for this year. As nations seek to address the issues of food (in)security amidst the growing concerns of climate change, it is essential for us to address our current relationship with food, and the importance to nourish our bodies and souls with innovative foods that are both nutritious and sustainable.
In APS 2023, some Key Event Highlights will include:
• Keynote Speeches
• Insider Roundtables & Panel Discussions
• Partners Showcase & Interaction
• Pitch Competition & Networking Opportunities
