As a former professional athlete, Nicolas has always been excited about using nutrition to maximize his performance. Unfortunately, an inflammation-related disease ended his career early and he went on to pursue a business career. Upon finishing with a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford, he worked in private equity at The Blackstone Group and in management consulting at Bain & Company. However, as passionate vegan, Nicolas soon came back to the food industry pursuing a second Master’s degree in micronutrition and starting VlyFoods, a FoodTech startup that aims to develop the healthiest dairy alternatives based on plant proteins.
